Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sky Weather. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to them in full.

The service

Sky Weather shows weather forecasts. Free accounts have limited daily views, a short wait before each view, and advertising. Paid tiers change these limits as described on the pricing page. Tiers and prices may change; we'll show the current terms before any purchase.

Accounts and balance

Your account balance is an internal credit used only to upgrade your Sky Weather tier. It is not a bank deposit, is not insured, and is not redeemable for cash.

No liability for balance loss. Sky Technologies does not take responsibility for, and is not required to refund, any balance that is lost, reduced, or removed from your account for any reason, including accidental error by us, by an administrator, or by any system malfunction.

Subscriptions

A paid subscription runs for one month from its start date and expires on that same date the following month, unless you enable auto-renew.
If auto-renew is on and your balance is insufficient at renewal, your account is moved back to the Free tier automatically.
An administrator may set a subscription to never expire, or may manually end it at any time.

Account actions and bans

We can ban you. Sky Technologies may suspend or permanently ban any account at any time, with or without reason or notice, and is not required to issue any refund in connection with a ban.

Advertising

Free and Plus tier accounts are shown advertising images. Ad placement and frequency may change without notice.

No warranty

Sky Weather is provided "as is." Forecast data comes from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on it for decisions involving safety of life or property.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use Sky Weather after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
